📦 How do I track my order?
You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Just enter your tracking number to receive real-time updates on your shipment's status.

🔒 How secure is my online order?
Your information is secured with SSL encryption. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. MONOZEL does not store any credit card data on our servers.
⏳ When is my credit card charged?
Your card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
💸 Can I use multiple discount codes?
No. Only one promotion or discount code can be used per order, unless otherwise specified.
📦 What if I have missing items in my order?
Please reach out to us immediately at contact@monozel.shop. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
🌍 Are there any exchange rates or currency issues?
All transactions on MONOZEL are processed in USD. If your card uses a different currency, your bank will convert the amount at the current exchange rate.
🛑 How do I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. A 30% cancellation fee will apply, as payment processors charge us for each transaction.
Once your order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
📫 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once your order is processed or shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
